My background is in cloud infrastructure and AI adoption — working inside the Microsoft ecosystem, helping global businesses choose the right systems, implement them properly, and actually get the efficiency and cost reduction they were promised.
What struck me most was how rarely that same level of expertise reached smaller businesses. Owners buying tools on recommendation, setting them up alone, and wondering why nothing worked the way it should. The technology existed. The system around it didn't.
Most business owners don't have a discipline problem — they have a design problem. The tools they're using were built for teams of twenty, not for one person running an entire business. When the system doesn't fit how you actually work, no amount of effort makes it run smoothly. That's exactly what I fix.
Today I'm the founder of Tushen AI — an AI systems architecture company — and the creator of Saely, the AI chief of staff purpose-built for solo professionals. Both are direct applications of what I spent years learning in the field.
